The Sweet Life:
Sugar-Free in 30 Days

Ready To Break The Cycle Of Sugar Cravings & Addiction For Good?

Welcome to The Sweet Life

(no sugar needed)!

Do you struggle with any of the following?

  • Adult acne that just won’t seem to budge
  • Confusion over what sugars you should be eating with all the conflicting dietary information
  • Extra weight around your midsection
  • Feeling exhausted and lethargic at the end of the day
  • Wanting to lose the last 10 - 15 pounds
  • Cravings
  • Low energy
  • Disappointment or shame over not being able to take sugar out of your diet

What you may not realize is that all of these are common “symptoms” of too much sugar in the diet.

Not to worry – there is a way out. (And it doesn’t have to involve major cravings or feeling deprived!)

But before I share the solution with you, I have a confession to make…

I was a sugar addict.

I have a history of sugar addiction - deep, dark, scary, sugar addiction.

Addiction that lead me to an “all or nothing” mentality.

Cravings that took control of my mind and made everything come 2nd to the desire to get my hands on something sweet.

For years, this wreaked havoc on my digestion, weight, skin, self-esteem and overall quality of life.

It seemed as if the health and energy I desired was always within an arm's reach, but there was big block called SUGAR standing between me and my goals.

I felt like a failure for not being able to curb my cravings, and a hypocrite for being labeled as one of the "healthiest" people my friends knew (when in fact I was secretly dealing with my own demons around food and self-love).

My reliance on sugar began innocently enough – as a way to calm my nerves, take the edge off, supply a burst of energy, or simply bring joy to an otherwise mundane moment.

Sugar didn’t talk back, it didn’t leave or abandon. It wasn’t rude, cruel, opinionated or judgmental – it was just there, as my faithful old companion, always. It showed its love through anything that was highly processed, refined and packed full of sugar.

Yet over time, it became an abusive relationship...

The more addicted I became, the more I needed it, and the more I carried shame and guilt around my hidden love affair with sugar.

Feeling sad? Donut.

Feeling mad? Chocolate chip cookies.

Feeling confused? Vanilla cake… the list went on and on.

And I couldn’t have just ONE. It was one, then three, then the whole damn box.

Afterward, I hurt, all over; my head, my body, and my heart.

I knew well enough at this point that changing this addiction and behavior had nothing to do with “willpower, because I had tried everything.

I wanted to understand exactly what was going on in my body & mind and how to hop off the roller coaster of sugar highs and lows through the day, for good.

Not for a week, not for a month, but for the rest of my life.

Sugar in your morning coffee, a sweet treat mid-morning, another coffee or pastry to get you through the afternoon, and some chocolate after dinner.

It all seems innocent, but before you know it, you are craving sugar and can’t get through the day without it.

You lack the energy and vitality you desire, and feel like you are being lived by your food – instead of YOU making clear and powerful food choices as to what will best fuel your body and life.

Today, sugar is found in the usual suspects, like cakes, cookies and candy. But you will also find it in foods like canned vegetables, baby food, cereals, peanut butter, bread and tomato sauce. It’s often disguised in fancy language – labeled as corn syrup, dextrose, maltose, glucose or fructose.

Even many so-called “healthy foods” contain sugar.

A lemon poppy seed Cliff Bar has 21 grams of sugar (or 5 teaspoons). Compare that to a chocolate-glazed cake donut from Dunkin’ Donuts, which has 14 grams of sugar (or 3 teaspoons)!

You may think your afternoon cup of coffee only has a little sugar, but a 16-ounce Starbucks Frappuccino contains no less than 44 grams of sugar (or 10 teaspoons) – that’s like eating three donuts!

Sugar is everywhere and it is taking it’s toll – on your weight, on your skin, on your energy and on your life.

I fully dedicated myself to breaking the addiction once and for all, and I embarked on a real food and mindful living journey.

I became a Holistic Health Coach and Yoga Teacher, and today, I coach clients virtually through my whole food cleanse program 12-Days to Sexy and on the mat in yoga classes in Austin, Texas and around the world.

The Sweet Life: Sugar-Free in 30 Days is a 100% online based 30-day group program to slowly and gently shift you from a place of sugar reliance to SUGAR FREEDOM.

It is broken down into 4 weekly modules – all delivered and accessed through a password-protected website that you will have access to even after the program is over.

The program is run based off a weekly meal plan that not only teaches you what to eat and why, but gives you the full experience of going sugar-free without feeling deprived.

This program does NOT involve an “all or nothing” mentality, nor does it ask you to abide by a strict diet and food plan for the rest of your life.

This 30-day program is an EXPERIENCE. An experience and an experiment with changing some of your food and lifestyle patterns to see what unfolds.

By the end of the 30 days you will be crystal clear on exactly what to eat (or not to eat) to feel strong, energetic, and vibrant in your body.

Yes, I’m ready! Sign me up.

What freedom from sugar looks likes:

My dedication paid off and now I...

  • Can walk past an ice cream or candy shop without a 2nd glance.
  • Pass on dessert at dinner with friends or the cookies at a holiday party, not because I “should” but because I genuinely do not want them.
  • Use whole food and natural sweeteners every now and then to bake delicious and healthy treats. And I can eat just ONE, instead of 12.
  • Lost 10 pounds of sugar weight I was carrying around my midsection.
  • Have long-lasting energy throughout the day and wake up clear and light.
  • Know exactly what to eat to continue on this path of energy, clarity, and FREEDOM from sugar.

And yes, sometimes I indulge in pizza, cookies, and cake, but it’s not a gateway to a full-on binge anymore. It’s just a meaningless treat that has no control over me.

I choose it, when I want it, NOT the other way around.

This is what you can expect for yourself through this 30-day program.

You CAN do this.

I know that it’s much easier to put the frozen meal in the microwave or visit the drive-through – as opposed to visiting the farmer’s market and preparing a home-cooked meal.

However, I have made it my life’s work to make this healthy, conscious, real food lifestyle the NORM. And to make it simple, do-able, and fun.

Working with individuals to bring them to a place of healing, health, and energy is my passion and purpose.
