Welcome to Day 1!
As you begin on this journey, please, listen closely to the messages from your body. Every single one of our bodies is different and has different needs - some may follow the meal plan exactly, adding in 1 - 2 snacks, while others may feel satiated off a couple eggs, a smoothie, and salad each day.
There is no "right" or "wrong" way to do this cleanse. The key is to learn new habits that fuel your body and heal your relationship with food.
You have already succeeded simply by stepping up to the plate to nourish your body and mind with healthy food and powerful thoughts.
You are powerful beyond measure.
I leave you with this quote for today:

It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
